Let me start by saying that I am not someone who typically writes reviews, but I’m making an exception because Julia truly deserves it. If you’ve ever tried renting an apartment in New York, you know it is anything but easy. Julia made the entire process exponentially easier than anyone I’ve ever worked with. She was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to helping her clients. Her communication was exceptional. Most of the time, only minutes would pass before I received a thoughtful response to my questions. That level of attentiveness is incredibly rare and made what is normally a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Abrahim was amazing to work with! We initially found him on StreetEasy through a 3-bedroom listing, and he responded almost immediately via email. After a few exchanges, we switched to texting and phone calls, which made communication even easier. He was incredibly flexible when it came to scheduling showings and was always available to answer my calls or texts. Even when he was on the train, he’d give me a heads-up that the call might drop—and then follow up right away. That level of responsiveness really stood out. Although we ultimately decided to hold off on moving for a few months, he suggested we stay in touch and offered to keep us updated on new listings, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for an apartment and want someone reliable, responsive, and easy to work with, I highly recommend Abrahim!

He promptly called to apologize for the previous misunderstanding and provided me with updated listings to explore. His professionalism and genuine commitment to assisting me in my apartment search were truly remarkable. I deeply appreciate his dedication and would highly recommend working with him. This shift in service quality was a complete turnaround from my prior experience. Thank you, Joe, for your thoughtful care and for truly listening to my needs—such a rarity in today’s world. Old Review: I advise against working with this company. Their communication is horrendous, and they repeatedly fail to show up for scheduled appointments, particularly if the person handling the showing is named Inna. I was left waiting outside in the cold for over 50 minutes with no updates or notifications about their tardiness until after the scheduled time had already passed. Considering it’s winter, their complete lack of consideration for a potential tenant’s time and comfort is appalling—especially when someone, like myself, took hours out of their day to travel from Harlem to Brooklyn. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

I was given the runaround by other realtors in the city, waiting weeks for applications to go through. As I was tranfering within my company from Tennessee to NYC, I had a deadline and I was risking loosing my job the longer it took for me to move in the city. Some realtors flat out ghosted me.
